It may sound clichéd, but regularly
counting your blessings is one sure fire way to immediately feel happier and
more fulfilled in your everyday life. Try keeping a gratitude journal- every
day write down 3 things you are grateful for. It serves as a great reminder of
how abundant your life really is. Remember to say thank you, for even the
smallest thing. Write a ‘Thank You’ letter to somebody who means something to
you- it’s an amazing feeling to be told directly how special you are to
someone.
