Wake Up. Be Kind. Repeat.

Being kind and spreading random acts of kindness in your community can have a multitude of benefits. Not only does it make the recipient feel good, but it also has a positive impact on the giver. Engaging in acts of kindness can boost your mood, decrease stress levels, and increase feelings of happiness and fulfilment.
Furthermore, spreading kindness can create a ripple effect that extends beyond just the initial interaction. When people witness acts of kindness, it can inspire them to also engage in their own acts of kindness, creating a cycle of positivity and generosity.
By baking a cake for the kaiako morning tea, emailing an old mentor, or donating to a local food bank, you are contributing to the well-being of your community and spreading positivity. These simple acts can make a significant difference in someone's day and can even help to build stronger, more connected communities.
